In our mission statement we state that a partnership with our client is always our goal. Know-how and mutual trust are the instruments to get there.
In order to establish this partnership with our clients we always work in different phases.
In the first phase we evaluate the needs of our client. What are the expectations, what does his business structure looks like, what is the possible evolution within the client's business when he starts using NaviTrace products, how wishes the client to use our system?
In the second phase we present the upmost ideal solution. Essential in this porposal is the modularity: the client sets his way, using the NaviTrace Boxes and Packs to fulfil his needs, all based on an initial proposal. We always look forward and commit ourselves to investigate future developments.
Also the client gets a detailed view on the budget.
The installation will be carried out in the third phase. We manage the technical installation from A to Z. The Technics Department will set a date and time together with the client. All NaviTrace products will be installed professionally and discretly. Our technical crew is well-trained and certified to perform these installations.
Finally, in the fourth phase - the most important one- The NaviTrace system will be online, and ready to use. The client will be able to use all features. A training session will be provided upon request.
When for some reason an intervention is needed, the client can always rely on the NaviTrace team.
